Interview Questions: Work History

Which responsibilities were most / least rewarding?

Be careful not to fall into this trap.  The things you say are least rewarding should not be the responsibilities that are going to be essential to the job you are interviewing for. If the last job you had involved extensive interaction with patients or with customers and you hated it, don't mention it if interacting with the public is even a minor part of the job you want. Focus on highlighting those tasks you found most rewarding.

During your interview, always be conscious of the job you're interviewing for and craft your responses appropriately. No matter what question you're asked, accentuate the positive.  You definitely don't want to be labeled as someone who is generally negative about work.
